Halliday Lighting Ltd are pleased to announce the appointment of Garry Parsonage as International Sales Director, with effect from 1 February 2021.
Following sustained business growth in the UK as well as an increasing interest in our products and services from overseas markets, the role of International Sales Director establishes a dedicated position at Halliday Lighting to oversee and manage international projects.
Garry joins Halliday Lighting with 10 years of experience in the lighting industry and 15 years of experience in managing international projects. Having undertaken previous roles in engineering, project management and international sales, his combined skills and experience will be applied to develop and grow Halliday Lighting worldwide.
The creation of this role and the focus of our export operations sees Halliday Lighting move into new sectors by providing lighting not only for sports but also for airports, ports and industrial use, such as oil, gas and mining. Our full turnkey solution from planning and design through to installation and maintenance still remains at the heart of what we offer our clients but our product range has expanded to support the broader range of applications.
At present, Garry is based in the UK but will soon be relocating to open a Halliday Lighting office in Brisbane, Australia and to continue working closely with other clients around the world. As International Sales Director, Garry will manage all non-UK projects with the wider support of the existing Halliday Lighting business and team.
